Position Details:
The incumbent will work closely with the Key Account Team, to ensure smooth organizational function and assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required to support operational functions.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to appropriate geographic regions and Key Account Representatives.
- Dispatching customer calls.
- Providing administrative support to various operational teams and departments to ensure effective daily business operations.
- Maintaining and entering accurate information in accounting and field management databases.
- Other duties as required to support business needs.
- Provide support with planning and advertising of employee engagement activities (potlucks, barbeques, winter carnival events, etc).
- Create posts for social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite applications, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work 8am-5pm Monday- Friday, in-office.
